Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations of Tupelo, Columbus, Oxford, Hattiesburg, and New Markets within our organization. This position WILL REQUIRE 2-4 weeks working in a Repair Facility to understand our process, before being installed into the position. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, strategic planning, and business development, and Sales. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring profitability across the district.
This is a SALES DRIVEN - District Manager position. The Ideal candidate will have automotive repair experience with at least 5 to 7 years. Proven track record in KPI's such as Alignments, Maintenance, Car Count increases with additional experience in selling automotive repairs.
In this position, prior DISTRICT MANAGER experience is strongly suggested. This position is a Salaried position with monthly bonus potential. Company vehicle will be provided for the chosen candidate.
APPLICANTS without Automotive Repair / Tire Sales Experience will NOT be considered.
Duties
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple locations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Analyze profit & loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in profit & loss management with a focus on achieving financial targets.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
