You’ll communicate directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits. Additionally, you'll maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to enhance efficiency. Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Call center environment experience, Past experience dispatching calls
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work irregular hours, weekends and/or holidays.
