Key Responsibilities
- Floor Care: Perform professional stripping, waxing, buffing, and sealing of hard surface floors.
- Carpet Maintenance: Operate commercial carpet cleaning equipment for deep extraction and spot cleaning.
- Deep Cleaning: Execute general deep cleaning tasks across various client facilities.
- Job Organization: Maintain cleaning equipment, manage supplies, and organize work vehicles efficiently.
- Client Communication: Provide great communication and customer service when interacting with team members and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with stripping/waxing floors and carpet cleaning. The selected candidate will be require to perform these task.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Skills: Excellent organization skills and strong verbal communication.
- Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
