Mid Valley Disposal is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Scale Attendant to join our MRF/Compost Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our facility running efficiently by assisting customers, processing truck transactions, and supporting daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome customers, vendors, and commercial drivers
- Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks
- Process payments and issue scale tickets
- Answer questions about accepted materials and facility procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with operations staff to keep traffic flowing safely
- Help maintain an organized and professional scale house

Preferred Qualifications

- Cash handling or cashier experience
- Data entry experience
- Experience in transportation, trucking, recycling, construction, or waste industries is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
