As a CSR, you’ll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, positive, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful service to customers and team members
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests
- Maintain and update customer records in company systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
- Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics is a plus
