Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up bending equipment, with training provided on full bender operation and part validation/inspection
- Perform production work involving tube bending and forming processes
- Train on and operate flare machines (orbital and ram form), trim saws, and cold saws
- Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing tasks
- Follow quality standards and maintain accurate inspections of parts
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math skills required; basic geometry knowledge is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good spatial awareness and safety mindset
- Motivated to learn and grow into full production capabilities
- Bender Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Normal Production Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
