About The Role
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment to fabricate precision components from start to finish. You’ll work from blueprints, work orders, and detailed instructions to ensure every part meets our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines according to production specifications.
- Operate and monitor machines during production runs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to verify product quality.
- Perform regular quality checks and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Previous CNC or machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Skilled with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
