12-WEEK TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to cover a 12 WEEK TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT starting immediately.
The setting is the Rehab Therapy Department at a local hospital in Collins, Mississippi.
If you have medical office experience and you are organized, able to multitask, take direction and follow through to achieve successful outcomes, we invite YOU to APPLY TODAY! This position involves obtaining insurance authorizations and verifications.
Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.

Welcoming and kind by nature
Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls
Organized and good with time-management
Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
