Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Case Manager / Patient Care Coordinator to join our Ridgeland office. This role combines medical office administration, patient support, and case management. You will serve as the bridge between patients, providers, and case managers – ensuring patients stay on track with treatment, paperwork, and OWCP claim approvals.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate between patients, providers, and case managers
- Upload, file, and forward required OWCP forms (CA-7, CA-17, CA-20, etc.)
- Assist patients with claim paperwork and documentation questions
- Follow up with leads and patients to keep cases moving forward
- Keep office and front desk organized and professional
Requirements:
- Medical office, case management, or patient care experience preferred (not required – we will train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to follow systems and procedures consistently
- Positive, caring attitude with patients who may be in pain or frustrated with the system
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, on-site in Ridgeland, MS
- Monday–Thursday, 8-5
- $25-30/hour depending on experience
