Our company is currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable/ Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Compute and record payments
- Ensure invoices have proper back-up and approvals
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Ability to research and reconcile invoices with accuracy
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Back up other team members in accounts payable and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
