We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in supporting daily operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and complete routine and emergency work orders.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks (PM Levels 1–3) on mixers, sheetlines, millroom, and coater lines.
Lead or assist in projects driven by preventive maintenance reports, downtime analysis, or reliability initiatives.
Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts, including 6S initiatives.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and align maintenance activities with production needs.
Maintain accurate repair documentation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and uphold a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
Proven maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
