Job Description
We are now accepting applications for a General Laborer position for snow removal (winter months) and lawn care/landscaping personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to property maintenance, landscape care, and snow & debris removal. Your energetic approach will help ensure our outdoor spaces are safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Responsibilities/Duties/Essential Duties:
- Operate vehicles and snow plow equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures.
- Control ice accumulations at jobsites with safe and responsible use of de-icing agents
- Hand-shovel or hand-treat site areas, walkways and doorways as required.
- Mowing of turf, edging of beds and sidewalks, etc. His/her focus or objective is to provide a safe, clean and pleasing environment.
- Ability to use a variety of equipment such as mowers, blowers, clippers, edgers and other lawn care equipment as needed.
- Required to work after normal hours, weekends and holidays to meet seasonal job demand.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions as directed.
Ability to work around dirt, dust and noise associated with equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a min. of 2 years of licensed driving experience.
- Current/Valid Drivers License
- Ability to do physical work, able to lift/carry 50 pounds often.
- Work outdoors in various conditions
- No alcohol related convictions within 5-years.
*WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE*
Benefit package available after 1 year of full time employment; 401k, Health Insurance, Uniforms, Paid Vacation & Holidays (After 1 year full time), and boot allowance (after 2 years full time).

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
