We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. **Perform General Cleaning Tasks:**
Execute a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in residential and commercial spaces.
2. **Surface Sanitization:**
Ensure thorough sanitization of surfaces, high-touch areas, and appliances to create a hygienic environment for our clients.
3. **Use of Cleaning Equipment:**
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and other tools to achieve optimal results.
4. **Adhere to Safety Protocols:**
Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning solutions to protect both clients and yourself from potential hazards.
5. **Customized Cleaning Plans:**
Work with clients and team members to develop and implement personalized cleaning plans based on specific needs and preferences.
6. **Time Management:**
Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within established schedules while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
1. **Prior Cleaning Experience:**
Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
2. **Reliability:**
Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial for this role. Our clients rely on us to provide dependable cleaning services.
3. **Physical Fitness:**
This role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Applicants should be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand and address specific cleaning requirements.

-Must be willing to drive to surrounding areas like Boonville, Hallsville, Ashland, etc.
