Responsibilities:
- Provide residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in clients’ homes
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
