Role Description This is a contract position that could lead to full-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role based out of Davison, MI. Current projects are in Livonia and Holt, Mi. The Cleaning Specialist will perform final cleaning on commercial construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to prepare spaces for occupancy. Daily tasks may include window cleaning, carpet care, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and detailed work such as cleaning fixtures, baseboards, and vents. The role also involves following safety guidelines, using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals, and working with a team to complete projects on schedule. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to maintain a professional attitude on job sites and uphold the company’s standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Commercial Cleaning tasks, including final post-construction cleanup.
- Skills in Window Cleaning, including interior and exterior glass and frames.
- Experience with Home Cleaning and House Cleaning practices, such as dusting, sanitizing, and floor care.
- Basic Carpet care skills, including vacuuming and spot cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment for extended periods.
- Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Willingness to work on active construction sites and follow site-specific guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to Davison, MI job sites.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience in commercial or residential settings is beneficial.
