Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Sanitation Technician to join our team and help keep our commercial spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of cleaning tasks to make sure our facilities stay in great shape. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and don’t mind staying active throughout the day, this could be a great fit for you. Your work plays a big part in creating a clean, healthy environment for everyone who uses our spaces.
Responsibilities
- Clean commercial spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Keep restrooms, kitchens, offices, lobbies, and common areas clean and well-stocked
- Empty trash and recycling regularly to maintain a tidy environment
- Safely use cleaning tools and supplies while following basic safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns as they come up
- Follow cleaning checklists to make sure all areas meet our standards
- Work with other team members to complete daily cleaning tasks on time
Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus
- Ability to clean thoroughly with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using common cleaning equipment and products
- Able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to cleaning
