Tow Truck Driver

Mid-Maine Towing and Recovery is a locally family-owned business out of Topsham, Maine who is looking for a Tow Truck Driver to join our team. We are looking for an individual who doesn’t mind challenges as every day is never the same, dedicated to their job, reliable and providing outstanding customer service to our customers. This position requires our employees to live in a 20-mile radius of Topsham, Maine

Responsibilities:

· Must be willing to travel

· Must show up for work on time

· Schedule: Monday-Sunday times may vary

· Transporting vehicles from one location to another

· May be added in the on-call rotation

· Complete required paperwork as needed

· Communicate with team/supervisor/customers

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Use all safety protocols and perform them

· Follow all safety and driving laws

· Conduct safety inspections on truck before and after shift

· Provide road side assist when needed

· Assist law enforcement when needed

· Maintain tow yard, lock up the yard, clear any debris and help keep yard clean

· Ability to lift 50-100lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

· Ability to work with running or non-running vehicles while ensuring safety

· Must be able to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sleet with extreme temperatures

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Must possess a clean driver’s license

· Non CDL Needed

· Must have clean criminal background

· Looking for an individual with experience
