Tow Truck Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication.
• Utilize CAD and SolidWorks software for tooling design and modifications as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration on machinery such as Fanuc-controlled equipment and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify product specifications.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; assist with materials handling and fabrication tasks on the assembly line.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine settings, and quality inspections; follow safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Proven factory or manufacturing experience working with machining centers, CNC machines, stamping presses, or fabrication equipment.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming (including CAM programming) and CNC operation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools for assembly or fabrication tasks.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
