searches, resume assistance, and

reemployment

services. This

position works under the

dire

ctio

n

of the

One-Stop

Operator and is

responsible

for performing

customer service

duties

for

a

multi-program

office.

This position

will

as

s

ist

customers both

on the

phone

and

in

person by

assessing

their needs and

providing assistance

as needed in the

Resource

Room

and Welcome Function.

In

addition to

this, the

One-Stop

Navigator

will promote

job

openings for

local businesses and

assist

area

employers in

finding quality

employees.

Qualifications:

High

School

Diploma

or

equivalency

Moderate

to

advanced

computer

literacy

Skills

Ability

to

instruct

customers

in

using

computers,

fax

machines,

copiers

and

Other

technology

Desire

to

make

a

positive

impact

in

the

workforce

development

of

Northern

Middle

Tennessee
