Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Coordinator, based in Brewerton, NY. The Rental Coordinator will manage the daily operations of equipment rentals by assisting customers with their equipment needs, managing rental agreements, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth communication. Responsibilities will also include maintaining customer satisfaction through timely responses and providing solutions to any inquiries or issues related to equipment rentals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building customer satisfaction and relationships
- Familiarity with Heavy Equipment and its applications in various industries
- Experience in Invoicing, along with proficiency in managing rental agreements and related paperwork
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and rental management systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous
