We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Rental Equipment Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers at the rental counter, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling the administrative and operational tasks that keep our heavy equipment rental process running smoothly.

You will support the rental process for construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, aerial lifts, and other heavy equipment while maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers predominantly through calls, and provide professional, friendly service at the rental counter
  • Process equipment rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  • Verify customer information, insurance coverage, and rental qualifications
  • Accurately input rental orders into the company’s rental management system
  • Coordinate with other departments on administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls, respond to rental inquiries, and provide equipment availability updates
  • Assist customers with understanding rental terms, conditions, and safety requirements
  • Process equipment returns and handle check-in procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, customer files, and equipment status
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
