Description: The Assistant Operations Manager provides direct operational oversight across yard, shredder, and ELV processing while reinforcing safety, production efficiency, environmental compliance, and employee accountability. The Assistant Operations Manager serves as a key link between frontline supervisors and the Operations Manager, ensuring consistent execution of operational plans, policies, and performance expectations. This role will operate on second shift (11am-7pm Monday - Friday,

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
