Mid City Management is hiring reliable Cleaning Technicians to service residential and commercial properties throughout Monmouth County.
Responsibilities
- Clean common areas, offices, restrooms and residential properties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Complete assigned cleaning checklists
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Clock in and out accurately at each location
- Maintain consistent cleaning standards
- Communicate clearly with supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Smartphone required for scheduling and time tracking
Morning, evening and weekend shifts may be available.
