We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Use Aloha POS system to process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales revenue
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations) to serve alcoholic beverages
