Minimum Qualifications & Responsibilities

- At least 2 years of clinical experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with both government and commercial health insurance
- At least 2 years of marketing or networking experience
- At least 2 years' experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software
- Excellent organizational skills with innovative and creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a positive attitude
- Ability to explain and administer procedures to patients
- Professional conduct with patients, visitors, and the public
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Adherence to established treatment and office protocols
- High attention to detail
- Capable of managing referral reporting and marketing efforts
- Experience working with TMS trainers and support services
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within a specified area
- Bilingual candidates preferred
