Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping functions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage payroll processing and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
• Support leadership with administrative and financial tasks
• Maintain organization and accuracy across accounting processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in an organized manner
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
