We are seeking a skilled chef to manage all aspects of the back of house at our gastro pub/smokery in Beauna Vista, New Jersey. As part of our new management team, you will assist in developing an innovative menu and daily specials, with a particular emphasis on farm-to-table ingredients. We are looking for a mature and dependable chef with prior management experience—someone who is creative and ready to think outside the box. Our establishment is currently undergoing a transition, and we are eager to find that special person who can help elevate us to the next level.
