We’re looking to add a Recruiter who will play a key role in helping us find and hire top talent across the organization.
Position Overview
The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, supporting hiring across multiple departments including operations, construction, logistics, and corporate roles. This position works closely with hiring managers to identify needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Post job openings on platforms such as really and other recruiting channels
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for fit based on skills and culture
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organized applicant tracking
Candidate & Hiring Coordination
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for hiring teams to consider
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with drafting offer letters and onboarding coordination
Collaboration & Process Support
- Work closely with HR and department leaders to support hiring goals
- Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on open roles and candidate progress
- Help improve recruiting processes and documentation to create consistency across roles (aligned with SOP and structured hiring efforts)
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and outreach messaging
- Assist with internship recruiting and workforce pipeline initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting in construction, mechanical, or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates and make sound hiring recommendations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
- Proficiency with job boards such as really and applicant tracking tools

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
