About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Concierge - Household Manager to support the President of Mid-Atlantic Mechanical. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality as well as experience managing all aspects of household operations & property/management.
Personal Concierge Expectations
The President resides on a working farm, and the successful candidate must be comfortable assisting with both professional and personal tasks, which may include:
- Being on site at the farm - typically Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:30 p.m.
- Coordinating dog vet visits, boarding and ensuring pet care is up to date.
- Managing medical appointments and monitoring prescription refills.
- Handling family gift selection and special occasion planning. Planning family holidays and parties, including logistics and itineraries.
- Maintaining a meticulous, integrated executive and personal calendar.
- Arranging travel accommodations for both business and personal needs.
- Assist the President with the seamless organization and execution of his day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Reading all emails and prioritizing crucial correspondence. Responding to messages and reviewing emails with the President for swift and appropriate replies.
- Organize and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Handle general duties to support day-to-day operations within a household & farm setting.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner.
- Draft written correspondence via email or regular mail.
- Maintain professional relationships with longstanding business contacts.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Personal Assistant. House Management / Facilities / Real Estate experience a plus
- Must live within 20 miles of Columbus, NJ
- A down-to-earth disposition and upbeat attitude
- Exceptional ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Unwavering integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom meetings.
