Key Responsibilities:
- Patient care coordination and managing patient schedules and care plans
- Assisting patients with check-in, routing, and answering phones
- Collaborating closely with doctors to provide hands-on care, including exams and therapy treatments
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Providing an exceptional experience for every patient at every visit
Qualifications:
- Prior EMR/EHR experience and a background in a medical office or customer service setting is required
- Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Radiology certification is a plus
- Comfort with assisting in hands-on patient care and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
