This position focuses on front desk operations and patient experience, helping patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
You will:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Assist patients with paperwork and administrative needs
- Maintain organized front desk systems and documentation
- Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with doctors and staff to support office flow
- Create a positive, friendly atmosphere for patients and team members
