Description:
Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts as we continue expanding our advisory and operational teams. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality candidates who align with the firm’s standards, culture, and long-term growth strategy.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting, strong interviewing capabilities, and the ability to identify strengths and deficiencies in candidates during the evaluation process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for advisory, operational, and leadership roles.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including extensive use of LinkedIn.
- Proactively build pipelines of qualified candidates within financial services and related industries.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Identify potential gaps or inconsistencies in candidate qualifications during the interview process.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage candidate communications and maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized documentation of hiring activities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Preferred: Background in Human Resources.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, including the ability to detect inconsistencies or weaknesses in candidate responses.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
