Lead Generation Specialist Job Description:
Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with at least 5 years of proven phone-based sales or lead generation experience. If you have a strong, persuasive phone presence, a history of meeting or exceeding targets, and can provide references to back up your success, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound & Inbound Calls – Engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set high-quality appointments.
- Sales & Lead Conversion – Use your expertise to pitch, persuade, and close deals over the phone.
- CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up effectively.
- Consistently Exceed Goals – Drive revenue growth through strategic, high-value calls.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or phone-based lead generation.
- Strong references demonstrating past success in sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- A confident, engaging, and professional phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
