Purpose of the Position:
To assist the office with filing and other administrative duties.
Student’s Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Filing/Organizing
- Scanning documents
- Looking up MNU ID numbers and preparing forms for scanning
- Assist with trash/vacuuming office as needed.
Qualifications for employment (if any):
- Organizational skills
- Minimum of five hours per week
