Helper
Starting at $15–$18 per hour
Ideal for candidates with some construction experience who want to learn interior remodeling
Paid on-the-job training provided
Lead Interior Remodeler
Starting at $20–$25 per hour
For experienced remodelers capable of leading residential remodeling projects from start to finish
Pay is based on experience.
What You'll Do
As an Interior Remodeler, you'll work exclusively on residential interior remodeling projects, including:
Bathroom remodels and tub-to-shower conversions
Shower installations
Kitchen remodeling
Cabinet installation
Countertop installation
Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, etc.)
Interior framing
Drywall installation and repair
Trim carpentry and finish work
Interior door installation
Painting and finishing work
Light plumbing fixture installation
Light electrical fixture installation
General interior remodeling and home improvement projects
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Deliver quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of construction or remodeling experience required
Experience with bathroom and/or kitchen remodeling preferred
Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Background check and drug screening required
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
8-hour shifts
No nights
No weekends
Full-time
Approximately 40 hours per week
