This applicant will be expected to juggle a host of busines matters and complete job functions efficiently and on-time. Experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite and Google is highly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Assist with General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Outsourced Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Back Up to Purchasing
- Maintain and Help manage Projects
Experience
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector.
- Strong background with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as some google sheets.
- Strong understanding of financial report interpretation and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes and payroll management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast financial trends effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
