Job Overview
Mid America Clutch Co is a family owned and operated company for over 45 years. We build clutch for class 7/8 trucks, and well as agricultural clutches. Join our Production / Processing team, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality parts. In this role, you'll be actively engaged in the production process and finishing process, where attention to detail and quality are key. Duties
- Process product to finished stages and material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and other mechanical tools.
- Process some machine work as needed
- Follow all safety standards and operate with safety as first priority.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Keep general supplies stocked and ready to go for production. Keep parts and supplies organized and clean.
- Assist in inventory control by accurately communicating usage and managing materials efficiently.
- Prepare final product for shipping and keep product organized and pristine in final stages of production.
Experience
- Familiarity with machine operation in a manufacturing setting are beneficial.
- Fork truck knowledge and past experience is helpful.
- Familiarity with tools and basic use of are welcomed
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including some lifting and material handling
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills to follow instructions precisely and maintain high-quality output.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
