Micro Hotel is a modern, boutique micro hotel committed to providing a highly efficient and impeccably clean experience for every guest. We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our compact rooms and public spaces always meet our high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.In a micro hotel environment, every detail matters. This role requires speed, precision, and a proactive approach to maintaining spotless guest accommodations.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Servicing: Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly, adhering strictly to established cleanliness standards and checklists within defined time limits.Meticulous Detail: Pay exceptional attention to detail in small spaces, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and amenities are sanitized, dusted, and perfectly arranged.Linen Management: Change and replace all bed linens and towels daily; assist with sorting, washing, and folding laundry as needed.Replenishment: Stock guest rooms and public area restrooms with necessary supplies (toiletries, coffee, towels, paper products).Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and staff break rooms to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns (e.g., broken fixtures, missing items) to the supervisor.Guest Interaction: Interact courteously and professionally with guests when encountered in hallways or public areas.QualificationsProven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, or residential setting.Efficiency and Speed: Ability to work quickly and manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms under a tight schedule.Meticulous Standards: Strong commitment to cleanliness and a high degree of attention to detail.Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts for extended periods.Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
