Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and proactive approach to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent guest relations through attentive service and clear communication
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and resort environments enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions, are essential
