Position: Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative
Pay Rate: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and make reservations.
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed is a plus.
