Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience while providing detailed information about hotel amenities and services
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and promptness, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
- Assist guests with requests such as room changes, local recommendations, or special accommodations to enhance their stay
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and effectivelySkills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software for efficient operations
- Strong understanding of guest services, hospitality standards, and resort amenities
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Experience in night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude
