Duties
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests
- Lead, motivate, and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and uphold brand standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly
- Implement multilingual communication strategies to assist diverse guests and enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest preferences using hotel management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
