Kindergarten Teacher – Microschool Program (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time Potential)
We are launching a small, relationship-based microschool and are seeking a warm, knowledgeable, and collaborative teacher to help lead our kindergarten class. This position will begin as a part-time role (minimum 2 days per week) with the potential to grow into a 5-day-per-week program as enrollment expands. Our class will consist of approximately 6–8 students, and you will be working alongside another lead teacher in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience with early childhood or kindergarten-aged learners
- Understands early literacy development and foundational math skills
- Can create a calm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Values curiosity, creativity, and individualized learning
- Works well collaboratively with another teacher
- Is organized, communicative, and dependable
Program Details:
- Small class size (6–8 students)
- Starting at 2 days/week
- Potential to expand to 5 days/week
- Hours currently being finalized
- Salary: To be determined based on experience and schedule
