Role Description

The National Clinical Sales Specialist Rhythm Management – (US) is a full-time role focused on driving clinical adoption and sales of the OneStim platform across the US market. The role combines in-depth clinical support with field marketing, market development and strategic sales. The role will be preferably situated in any of the Eastern states in the US.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identify, develop and launch KOL reference sites
• Provide in-lab clinical support for OneStim installations and live procedures (CSP and EP)
• Drive market development through trials, evaluations and early sales
• Train customer clinical teams on device use and workflow
• Support distributor onboarding and growth
• Represent Micropace at conferences and professional meetings (e.g. HRS, PACES)
• Maintain an active account pipeline and provide regular market intelligence reporting

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Rhythm Management (EP and CRM) with at least 5 years experience, with confidence in supporting clinicians in procedures.
• Strong clinical and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. Previous sales or commercial experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business) or equivalent preferable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, travel nationally as needed (50-70%), and coordinate effectively with global and regional teams.
• Must be based in the US with work rights. We will not relocate or sponsor a candidate
• Eligible to obtain hospital vendor credentialing (e.g. Vendormate/Reptrax), including background check and required immunizations/OSHA training, to access clinical/lab environments.
