The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the U.S. launch of the new EU market-tested Micropace OneStim-DUO – a portable Mini EP stimulator and recorder and LBB pacing analyser. You will place product in KOL accounts providing support and leverage these to drive sales. What You’ll Do
The Clinical Sales Specialist – Rhythm Management (US) is a full-time field role focused on driving clinical adoption and sales of the OneStim platform across the U.S. market. The role combines in-depth clinical support with market development and strategic sales activity. Preferred location is the Western U.S., with travel throughout the region to support customer sites and clinical activities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identify, develop and establish KOL reference sites to support clinical adoption and market growth
- Provide in-lab clinical support for OneStim installations, site setup and live procedures, including CSP and EP applications
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer site training and ongoing clinical education
- Facilitate product trials and evaluations, convert opportunities, and support early commercial adoption
- Support distributor onboarding, training and market development activities
- Represent Micropace at key conferences and industry events (e.g. HRS, PACES)
- Support complaint handling, product troubleshooting and initial debugging, escalating technical issues as required
- Maintain an active opportunity and account pipeline, including monthly CRM reporting and market intelligence
- Provide structured feedback on customer needs, market trends and opportunities for product and positioning improvements
What You’ll Bring
Must Have
- Clinical expertise in Rhythm Management (EP and/or CRM) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting clinicians in procedures
- Demonstrated sales or commercial experience (minimum 5 years), including building customer relationships and achieving targets
- Proven ability to deliver clinical education, product demonstrations and training to physicians and healthcare professionals
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, travel nationally (50–70%), and collaborate effectively with global and regional teams
- Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements (e.g. Vendormate, RepTrax/SEC³URE, Green Security)
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business) or equivalent
- Direct experience in an EP lab or cardiac catheterization environment
- Prior involvement in medical device product launches or market development
- Existing relationships within the U.S. EP / cardiology community
- Experience working in a smaller or growing medical device company across clinical, sales and marketing functions
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
