Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system operations with diagrams, dismantling, adjusting, rebuilding, and reassembling equipment based on blueprints and manuals.
  • Apply Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks, document work, and support team communication.
  • Effectively navigate complex problem-solving scenarios by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures and work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speech, manage time effectively, and follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associate degree in relevant technical fields such as Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics and/or 2 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
