- Lead end-to-end bid analytics (RFP analysis, bid tabulation, scope normalization, bid leveling) for global construction and semiconductor infrastructure packages.
- Support sourcing across Cost Plus, GMP, Lump Sum, Unit-Rate/SOV, and T&M models, including evaluation of fees/markups, blocking issue, contingency, LD/bonus mechanisms, bonding/insurance, payment terms, and schedule impacts.
- Drive change-order commercial evaluations (rate validation, markup verification, price reasonableness) and manage full lifecycle change-order governance (tracking, forecasting exposure, schedule/cost impact analysis, contract compliance).
- Cost Modeling, Benchmarking & Risk
- Develop and maintain should-cost and clean-sheet models for fab, cleanroom, chemical building, and process-utility scopes (labor, materials, equipment, indirects, overhead/fee, contingency, blocking issue).
- Build/update benchmarking baselines to compare cost competitiveness across regions and project types.
- Apply sophisticated risk methodologies (sensitivity, probabilistic, scenario/Monte Carlo) and create forecasting models for cost overruns/underruns incorporating trends, change-exposure, market conditions, productivity, and supplier performance.
- Cost Analytics, Reporting & Insights
