Category Management & Strategic Sourcing of Process Facilities Equipment. Recommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions. Establish processes to track collaborator happiness with key suppliers. Recommend targets to improve value such as high revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management. Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal customers. Apply cost models to assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key customers. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to improve cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience. Minimum 7 years of experience in Semiconductor industry, EPC functions, facilities procurement functions A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved. Advanced skills in material cost structure understanding and analysis
