Responsible for participating in developing a category strategy for managed categories, validating strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and the respective internal partners and stakeholders. Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, driving best-in-class, cost, supply and resilience. Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers. Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions. Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions. Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience.
