As a Design Engineer, you play a critical role in turning ideas into reliable, manufacturable products. You will design and validate memory, logic, and analog circuits while working closely with global design, verification, and manufacturing teams. This role offers hands-on technical depth, broad exposure, and the opportunity to influence future memory generations!
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and analyze memory, logic, and analog circuits for new products
- Lead layout activities including floor-planning, placement, routing, and tape-out support
- Perform modeling, simulation, and verification using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to ensure manufacturability
- Drive design improvements through cross-team communication and standards alignment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 6 years of demonstrated ability in DRAM design, product, or system development
- Coursework or hands-on experience in CMOS circuit design, VLSI, and digital circuit design
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and physical layout concepts
- Simulation experience using FINESIM, HSPICE, and Verilog
- Strong understanding of device reliability and parasitic modeling
- Experience with reticle experiments and tape-out revisions
- Expertise in DRAM sub-system architecture, specification, operation, or design
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging memory technologies
